Damaged Goods
Extremely sturdy protective packaging is used to deliver your artwork. However, if your order is lost or damaged during delivery to you, please contact the artist as soon as possible and within seven days.
Please return the original portrait and the packaging, any delivery costs you incur will be refunded - please retain your postage receipt as proof to claim your refund.
The artist will re-draw and re-deliver your portrait at no extra expense to you.
Please note: All delivery options will require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, if the damage to your artwork is obvious when your package is handed over by Royal Mail or a courier, simply reject delivery of the item on those grounds (refuse to take delivery due to (and ask them to note) the damaged nature of the parcel and contents, don’t sign for it and ask for it to be returned to the sender).
